Kaylei began her career in fitness wanting to represent a community that she felt was not being seen or heard from. Surrounded by a sea of influencers she set out a goal to create a space for her in the world of fitness, and hit the ground tumbling before running. Quitting her full-time job, she became a certified personal trainer, began teaching indoor cycling at two different studios, co-owned an outdoor women's boot camp, and began to expand her knowledge teaching group strength training programs.
Through that experience, she found that what people are often missing is balance between the need for our physical and mental health. She and her partner Brian then created the concept of “rhythm and release.”

Once upon a time, it all began with a “first ride free.” While his professional background is in digital marketing for the past 8 years, Brian began his career in fitness with a major cycle brand four years ago. The experience of trying new choreography, and crushing new fitness goals, captured his attention and his desire for more. Fast forward to the present day, and Brian has now coached indoor cycling for over three years. From looking forward to exploring new outlets in fitness, his passion is instilled in coaching to see his clients reach new heights both in and out of the gym.
