In order to ensure the best fit for you, TIEM recommends the following based on the style of shoe you choose. Be specific!
Slipstream Sizing
Keeping in mind that cycling shoes are meant to fit tighter than a running shoe, people often need to size down a half size from their usual shoe size. They may be true to size.
Latus Sizing
The Latus should fit like your average running or workout sneaker, with a little room at the toe,
but snug enough to provide support. The Latus fits true to size, so you do not need to size
down as you would with the Slipstream.

Feel free to contact one of our team members if you would like more info or a closer look at any of the selections. TIEM is constantly adding new colors and styles to their collection. Clips do not come with shoes, if you choose to purchase shoes on your own they must be SPD compatible.
