Dr. George D. Garcia is a board-certified trauma and acute care surgeon and Associate Professor of Surgery at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. A retired Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Army, Dr. Garcia brings decades of experience in medicine, leadership, and clinical training to his role as Medical Director for Rhythm & Release Wellness.
Dr. Garcia serves as Director of Education & Training at the William Lehman Injury Research Center and holds multiple leadership roles in surgical education, including Assistant Program Director for the Trauma Surgery & Surgical Critical Care Fellowship and the General Surgery Residency at the University of Miami.
As Medical Director for Rhythm & Release Wellness, Dr. Garcia provides medical oversight for all IV hydration services, ensuring that protocols, safety standards, and patient care practices meet the highest clinical standards. His guidance supports our mission to deliver wellness therapies that are safe, effective, and grounded in evidence-based medicine.
